About Vikasana Institute

40+ Years of Empowering Communities Since 1984

Who We Are

Founded in 1984 by Shri. Kesavan Namboodiri

Vikasana was built on the belief that self-reliance is key to empowerment. Our mission is to uplift vulnerable communities by addressing their economic, educational, health, and infrastructural needs.

We recognize that true development goes beyond financial stability—access to clean water, better roads, sanitation, and education are essential. Women empowerment plays a crucial role in reducing poverty, while sustainable environmental practices help mitigate climate change.

At Vikasana, we integrate health, well-being, and sustainability into our approach, ensuring long-term impact for the communities we serve.
